Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Creed & Cloth purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your scarf, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the scarf is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@creedandcloth.co with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on scarves that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Additionally, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
