A note from the founder:

We often think of love languages as a tool for external relationships, but they're essential for self-love too. I see the value and beauty in all of the love languages, but 'words of affirmation' has always resonated with me most deeply. Understanding this led to my daily practice of self-affirmation, which inspired me to ingrain this ritual into my work and share it with you.
